Most LIMS companies have several levels of ongoing support: tin, bronze, silver,
gold, platinum, etc. You get very little for the lower levels and pay way too
much for what should be expected; sometimes 25% of total costs.
Lablite keeps it simple. The first year of support is included in the license fee.
Starting in the second year, your cost will be only 10% of the total job cost (less travel)
or 15% of the license fee.
This support includes:
