Extra Work or Training - What's the Catch?

LabLite is both fair and reasonable if extra work is necessary to generate custom reports or to tailor functionality to meet your specific needs.

In competitive bidding situations we have found that some LIMS vendors will say that two days are included for training, but then they will recommend that another eight days may be necessary at a rate of $1,800.00 per day! Let's add that up... another $14,400.00 that was not in the original bid!

The bottom line is that per diem rates will impact you as the LIMS purchaser.
